Established in July 2009, hibernate is a micro-independant label based in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire in the UK. We release CD's and vinyl in limited runs and focus on ambient and electroacoustic music by artists we both love and adore. We also put on the occasional gig. Demo Policy: All demos received are listened to. With the amount of demos we receive, we would prefer if you could send your best tracks rather than sending loads. If we like what we hear, then we will then get back to you and ask to hear more. We solely use Soundcloud to listen to demos, you may send us your tracks here.
It is a good idea to listen to some of the hibernate catalogue prior to sending us your demo. Please do not send us demos via email with links to download, your email will simply be ignored. Please note that our current schedule of releases takes us well into 2012.
